Either William or Laurent, our truffle experts, will be here to welcome you when you visit. They will tell you all about our experimental truffle-growing station, unique in France and renowned world-wide amongst professional truffle-growers. They can give you a lecture on the truffle to reveal its characteristics to you and widen your knowledge of production methods, the importance of the seasons in its growth, and the qualities of this singular mushroom. Then you go and watch a demonstration of cavage, a truffle-hunting session with one of the Estate's dogs being used to search them out. On prior reservation, the estate can also provide an agri-tourism event based around honey, truffles and wine with a tasting of all 3 products. Please contact us.
